• Field Officers are front line staff, and they work as an intermediary between microfinance institutions and clients.
• Field Officers are responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships and linking them to their institution. Almost 99% microfinance loans in India are provided to women from low-income households.
• The yearly salaries of Field Officers working in Microfinance Institutions in India range from Rs 1.7 Lakh to Rs 3.4 Lakh.

Eligibility

• The participant should be 12th Pass/ Graduate/ Postgraduate
• Basic understanding of English language
• Should have a valid 2-wheeler driving license

Placement Support

• Participants who score 60% and above in the quizzes would be offered placement support and certification of successful completion of the course
• Help in preparing Resume/ CV
• Mock Interviews
• The profile of the successful candidates would be shared with Microfinance Institutions in India
• Job opportunities would be shared with successful candidates through WhatsApp/ Telegram groups/ channels
• Job opportunities would also be posted on this page
• This placement support for 90 days would be provided to the successful participants
• An additional certificate would be awarded to candidates who successfully complete 6 months of employment in the first organization placed through MicrofinaneJobs.net's Placement Support which would add more value to the candidate profile
